Payments
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Queen of Words Ltd are non-refundable.

If a client chooses to cancel, does not attend, or is unavailable at the scheduled time, payments and deposits will not be refunded.
Queen of Words Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling or refunds in exceptional or extenuating circumstances. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
If Queen of Words Ltd is unable to deliver a paid service, clients may be offered a refund, rescheduling, or alternative service where appropriate.
By purchasing or booking a service, clients agree to this policy.
